    Whether you prefer to meet in person (at a gym in DTSP) or virtually (via FaceTime/Zoom), I’ll provide tailored workouts and expert guidance to help you achieve your goals.

  • 2 or more on 1 - $120/hr (billed monthly)

    Grab a friend or your significant other (up to 4 people) for a supportive, budget-friendly option that includes personalized attention.

  • Online Programming - $75/mo

    You’lr eceive monthly workout plans tailored to the equipment you have available, whether at home or in your gym. Enjoy the flexibility of training on your own schedule, while still getting personalized guidance to achieve your fitness goals.

Romana follows the 80/20 rule, encouraging a balanced approach where 80% of your diet consists of nutrient-dense, whole foods, while allowing 20% for flexibility and enjoyment. With a focus on high-quality ingredients that our bodies are naturally adapted to, avoiding processed foods and chemicals.
